Who are we?

Household Help Inc. is a residential cleaning service that has been serving the Racine and Kenosha area for more than 30 years.  We specialize in scheduled maintenance cleaning, spring cleans, move in and move out cleans, and one time cleaning.

What do we do?

We will do your housework for you.  This includes routine jobs like dusting, vacuuming, making or changing beds, complete kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and inside windows on request. See our Services page for more details.

How often will we come to your home?

Each client sets their own cleaning schedule.  Many people require our service weekly, while others may need only bi-weekly, tri-weekly, or monthly service.   Others use Household Help Inc. when their own busy schedule does not permit them to do cleaning themselves or if they have an injury and need help.

The schedule for Household Help Inc. is such that most requests can be accommodated.

How many people will be sent to my home?

We have two teams of ladies with supervisors on each team.  On most occasions the same team will be sent to clean your home thus allowing them to become familiar with your home and know your individual priorities.  The number of ladies on the team will depend on how many homes are scheduled that day.

How long will it take to clean my home?

In most cases a team will have your home clean in about an hours time.  You will also experience total quality time.  Breaks are taken on our time not yours.  Major cleaning jobs take longer depending on the cleaning tasks performed.

Is our service reliable?

When you are a scheduled client, you will always be serviced on the day you have chosen.  Your individual priorities are entered into a computer and given to the supervisors each time you have a scheduled cleaning.  There is some flexibility in case you need to re-schedule your appointment during a particular week.  Referrals from clients are furnished on request.  Our service is guaranteed.

What if something is broken?

Household Help Inc. will do our ut-most to not have anything break, but if an accident does happen we are fully insured.  Worker's Compensation is also carried in case of an injury on the job.

What do I supply?

Household Help Inc. will supply all the cleaning equipment, rags, dusters, mops, etc.  The client supplies the normal cleaning products such as, pledge, endust, windex, toilet bowl cleaner, shower cleaner, floor cleaners, comet, etc.  We use only the products you use so your cleaning routine will not be changed.
